Insulated Garage Doors

Designed and built to your specific requirements, our Garage Doors are custom made to your home.

Insulated Roller Garage Doors have security designed in from the start. Conventional garage doors are notoriously insecure. Our remote control Roller Garage Doors, offer the very latest in security and safety. The curtain is constructed from foam filled ‘CFC free´ aluminium laths and is inclusive of an extruded aluminium bottom rail complete with rubber bottom seal. The side guides are constructed from extruded aluminium with internal brush seals to ensure smooth operation. Electrical operation by means of 240v single phase tubular motor with manual override facility. available in twenty different colours and woodgrain finishes.

Operation
Remote control inclusive of two hand held key fob transmitters and an internal switch. A photoelectric safety beam is supplied as standard, which detects obstruction in the line of door when closing.

Insulated Sectional Garage Door
This type of door is manufactured from 40mm thick panels making it a much stronger door than a traditional up and over door. Due to the density of the panels this gives excellent thermal and acoustic values to the door. The door is perfectly balanced by means of helical springs and the side guides and fixings are manufactured from galvanised steel. Rubber seals are fitted to the top, bottom and both sides of the door to give an all-round perimeter seal when closed.

The panels are available in flat, ribbed or geogian design with a wide range of colours wood grain finishers and window options available.

Operation: -
Manual operation is by means of push up / pull down. All manually operated doors are fitted with a lifting handle.
Electrical operation is by means of a 240 volt, single-phase ‘domestic type´ operator. Activation is by an internal push button and radio remote control, inclusive of two hand held key fob transmitters.
